What is happening with fingers in professional sports? Not only have digital injuries to Tony Romo and Marques Colston been choking the life out of my fantasy teams, but now Kirk Hinrich is out for three months with a busted thumb to go along with Kobe’s much ballyhooed pinkie ailment and Baron’s torn finger ligament.
While this doesn’t bode well for the Bulls win/loss record, I will now be able to watch Derrick Rose have the ball in his hands even more often than he already does. So Chicago has to at least be happy for me.

Keibler Elves have notoriously weak thumbs.

Despite my Indiana info expectations, this article on the NBA’s All Whitey Team turned out to be quite worthwhile on its own merit.
Here’s the run-down. (Difficulty: No foreigners.)
PG – Hinrich
SG – Mike Miller
SF – Dunleavy Junior
PF – David Lee
C – Chris Kaman
Reserves: Brad Miller, Kyle Korver, Steve Blake, Kevin Love, Wally, Troy Murphy and Nick Collison.
The author features a synopsis of each guy, plus includes a White Men Can’t Jump allusion, something far too lacking in this world.
