It’s a little confusing at first, but what Obsessionism has basically done here is compile how many games each team has won over the past five years and color-coded them by how many points each win or loss occurred by. Aside from looking cool and showing some drastic changes in team fortune (see Celtics or Heat), the other implied use of these charts is to show how different coaches and/or personnel has affected the fate of different squads.
I can’t really explain it any more clearly than that, so just poke around a little bit and try to figure it out. It’s a phenomenal endeavor.
