Bill Walker has gotten more press this preseason than most people probably expected.
The former Kansas State star and current Boston rookie guard kicked off the League’s return to court action with this baptism by ferocity of Theo Ratliff in Boston’s first fake game of the preseason. Then, the controversy began after a little push he gave LeBron after a nice follow dunk against Cleveland and these various scuffles and other hijinks in a game against the Rockets that led to him being pushed to the floor by TMac.
Twas the latter that prompted Justin Kendall to write the now-infamous post about the long-infamous towel peer at the Kansas City Pitch’s blog (the “The Plog”) called “Bill Walker is a Dick.” (via FanHouse)
Well, apparently Walker’s ESPN player profile picked up The Plog’s post for it’s news section and hilarity ensued as Bill Walker was called a dick on ESPN’s website.
Basketbawful has the screen shot.
But c’mon guys, does the kid below really look like someone who would be a dick?
